The RC1 soundpack is the best. Much better than the 3.0.0-beta36 and prior soundpack (which was TTS).
The RC1 soundpack features a female British voice actor and electronic processing. With the release of RC2, (for some unknown reason), Teamspeak hired another voice actor. There's no processing and the voice sounds quite dull. I also dug up the RC1 soundpack and was going to post it as a new soundpack, but instead I'll post it as a reply in here.
